Transcribing "The Cavalry"

I can honestly say that I don't remember writing this song. There are times that I return to it just to see if it's still contained in muscle memory only to find that when I look at my fingers as I'm playing I can't make it through the song. In those moments I look away and allow for my hands to remember them on their own, void of any interruption from myself. I'm considering reworking this so the structure changes a little but haven't quite nailed a final version. For that past 6 hours I've been plugging away on the computer with my guitar in hand attempting to transcribe this monster. I made my first attempt about 5 - 6 years ago and was nowhere near the musical wherewithal nor the notational competency to even scratch the surface. This version is looking pretty good and I wanted to post it a little taste of what I'm going to be wrapping up before delving into the unknown (to me) world of writing for brass and woodwinds.
